Chardonnay Frugalle - Fine Dry White Wine

FRUGALLE - fru·gà·le “Frugal” in Italian.

FRUGAL is the adjective that describes prudence in the use of resources, which avoids waste and extravagance.

Product proposal : Respect the character of the varietal without deviating from the authenticity of

each grape, with minimal winemaking intervention. We deliver much more than

we promise. Young, fruity, moderate alcohol , easy consumption (drinkability).

Preparation: Must fermented in untoasted French oak chips (shavings) with temperature control. High varietal typicity.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay. Terroir: Cotiporã, Serra Gaúcha – RS.
Harvest: 2023 Alcohol: 11% vol. Serving Temperature : 6ºC to 8ºC.
Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear and bright.
Smell: Aromatic intensity, tropical fruits, pineapple, melon and guava.

Mouth: Balanced acidity, fresh and fruity.
