Brut Augguro – Natural Sparkling Rosé

a new moment for the winery. The dream and desire to have a line of products

Superior quality. This product line aims to maximize varietal quality, creating products with a more traditional, delicate, and elegant profile.

Production: Using the Charmat method in 540-liter micro autoclaves. In the tank, it undergoes the batonnage process. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a product of extreme quality, achieving greater complexity and creaminess.

Grape : Chardonnay and Merlot.                               

Terroir: Cotiporã, Serra Gaúcha – RS.

Alcohol: 12% vol.                                                   

Serving Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC.
Residual Sugar: 14 g/l.

Visual: Pinkish tone with golden reflections.

Smell: Vibrant fruity aroma such as pineapple, melon and hints of red fruits and nuances of yeast, toast and yeast.
