Preparation: Using the Asti method in 540-liter micro autoclaves.

Grapes: Moscato Giallo and White Moscato.

Terroir: Farroupilha, Serra Gaúcha – RS.
Alcohol : 7.5% vol.                                                

Serving Temperature: 4ºC to 6ºC.

Residual Sugar: 65 g/l.
Appearance: Crystal clear with a greenish-yellow color, fine and persistent perlage.

Smell: Intense fruity aroma, accompanied by notes of flowers and herbs.

Palate: Refreshing, light and fruity, sweetness and acidity in perfect balance.
