DIFFERENTIATED, that's the essence we want for this line. To bring consumers experiences different from the traditional market, unusual, unique products with a lot of authenticity. This line was born from an experiment and won over consumers.

Production: Using the Charmat method in 540-liter micro-autoclaves. Inside the autoclave itself, it undergoes the batonnage process. This process and production capacity allow us to create an extremely high-quality product, achieving greater complexity and creaminess. This batch was produced in only 1 tank (micro autoclave). Micro-batch of 700 bottles.

Grape: 100% Italian Riesling                                      Serving temperature: 5ºC to 8ºC.
Residual sugar: 3.8 g/l.                                        Alcohol: 12.5% ​​vol.    
Harvest: 2025                                                                  Terroir: Monte Bello do Sul – RS.                                                              

Visual:   Delicate yellowish-green color, clear, bright, with fine and consistent bubbles.

Aroma: Dominated by fruits such as pear, melon, lime, and pineapple. With a mineral touch and hints of orange blossom.

Mouth:  Strong fruit presence, fresh and long finish, lively acidity and very creamy.
