DIFFERENTIATED—that's the essence we want for this line. Bringing consumers experiences that are different from the traditional market, offering unusual, unique, and authentic products. This line was born from an experiment and has won over consumers.

Production: Using the Charmat method in 540-liter micro autoclaves. Within the autoclave itself, it undergoes the batonnage process. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a product of extreme quality, achieving greater complexity and creaminess. This batch was produced in just 1 tank (micro autoclave).

Grape: Riesling Itálico 100%    

Alcohol: 12% vol.  

Serving Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC.
Residual Sugar: 4 g/L           

Harvest: 2022          

Terroir: Farroupilha, Serra Gaúcha – RS.

Visual:   Delicate yellowish-green color, clear and bright, fine and persistent perlage

Smell:  High aromatic intensity, dominated by notes of green apple, pear, pineapple, melon, nuances of honey and propolis.

Mouth:  Strong fruit intensity. Long finish, creamy texture, and lively acidity make it light and refreshing.
