DIFFERENTIATED—that's the essence we want for this line. Bringing consumers experiences that are different from the traditional market, offering unusual, unique, and authentic products. This line was born from an experiment and has won over consumers.

Production: Using the Charmat method in 540-liter micro autoclaves. Within the autoclave itself, it undergoes the batonnage process. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a product of extreme quality, achieving greater complexity and creaminess. This batch was produced in just one tank (micro autoclave). Micro batch of 600 bottles

Grape: Gamay Beaujolais 100%
Harvest: 2023
Serving Temperature: 5ºC to 8ºC.
Residual Sugar: 1.5 g/l.
Alcohol: 11% vol.
Terroir: Farroupilha, Sera Gaúcha – RS.                                                      

Visual:  Elegant salmon tone with pink reflections, clear and bright.

Smell: Intense presence of red and exotic fruits and notes reminiscent of Tutti-Frutti, dairy products, yeast and yeast.

Mouth: Delicate, creamy and with a succulent acidity.
