FRUGALLE - fru·gà·le “Frugal” in Italian.

FRUGAL is the adjective that describes prudence in the use of resources, which avoids waste and extravagance.

Product proposal : Respect the character of the varietal without deviating from the authenticity of

each grape, with minimal oenological intervention. Young, fruity, moderate alcohol , easy consumption (drinkability).

Preparation: Traditional maceration, must fermented in French oak chips with temperature control. Aged for 6 months in French oak (staves).

Grape: Gamay Beaujolais 100%.                               

Terroir: Farroupilha, Serra Gaúcha – RS. 
Harvest: 2023                 

 Alcohol: 11.5% vol.            

Serving Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC.
Appearance: Vivid ruby with violet reflections, clear and bright.
Smell: Red fruits such as cherry, blackberry and strawberry, toasted notes and spices.
Palate: Elegant and delicate wine, lively acidity, velvety tannin, the aromas in the mouth are confirmed.
