In Italian AUGGURO means “I wish you”. The choice of the name Augguro represents

a new moment for the winery. The dream and desire to have a line of products

Superior quality. This product line aims to maximize varietal quality, creating products with a more traditional, delicate, and elegant profile.

Production: Using the Charmat method in 540-liter micro autoclaves. In the tank, it undergoes the batonnage process. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a product of extreme quality, achieving greater complexity and creaminess.

Grape: Chardonnay 100%

Alcohol: 12% vol.                                                   

Serving Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC.
Residual Sugar: 8 g/l.

Terroir : Cotiporã, Serra Gaúcha – RS.

Visual: Straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.

Smell: It has an aroma of toast, yeast and yeast, but also preserves the aromas of tropical fruits.

Palate: Strong fruit intensity, with a creamy texture and balanced acidity.
