FRUGAL is the adjective that describes prudence in the use of resources, which avoids waste and extravagance.

Product proposal : Respect the character of the varietal without deviating from the authenticity of

each grape, with minimal winemaking intervention. We deliver much more than

we promise. Evolved, fruity, moderate alcohol , easy consumption (drinkability).

Preparation: Must fermented in French oak chips with temperature control.

Terroir: Farroupilha, Serra Gaúcha – RS.         Serving Temperature: 15ºC to 20ºC.

Visual: Intense ruby.

Smell: Fruits and blackberries, herbs and spices.

Palate: Well-structured and harmonious, medium-bodied, persistent, and with velvety tannins. A more aged product.
