Moscatel Rosé Frugalle Sparkling Wine - Belmonte Winery
The Moscatel Rosé Frugalle Sparkling Wine is made using the Asti method, with Moscato Giallo and Merlot grapes, grown in the Farroupilha region in Serra Gaúcha. The entire production process is carried out in-house.
This product is produced in our Micro Champagne Factory, where we produce small batches. Our autoclaves hold 540 liters. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a unique and extremely high-quality product.
Alcohol: 7.5% vol.
Residual Sugar: 75 g/L.
Serving Temperature: 4ºC to 6ºC.
Appearance: Crystal clear with a pink color, fine and persistent perlage.
Smell: Intense fruity aroma, accompanied by notes of strawberry and floral nuances.
Palate: Refreshing, light and fruity, sweetness and acidity in perfect balance.
Pairing: Fresh fruit, ice cream, pies and light risottos.
Augguro Brut Rosé Natural Sparkling Wine - Belmonte Winery
The Augguro Brut Rosé Natural Sparkling Wine is made using the Charmat method, using Chardonnay and Merlot grape varieties, grown in the Farroupilha region in Serra Gaúcha.
This product is produced in our Micro Champagne Factory, where we produce small batches. Our autoclaves hold 540 liters. This process and production capacity allow us to produce a unique and extremely high-quality product.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Serving Temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC
Appearance: Pinkish tone with golden reflections.
Smell: Vibrant fruity aroma, aromas of pineapple, melon and hints of red fruits.
Palate: Strong Fruit intensity, balanced acidity, delicate and refreshing.
Pairing: Sushi, medium pasta and risotto, salmon and shrimp.
