Terroir: Pinto Bandeira - Serra Gaucha.

Harvest: 2nd week of January 2021.

Maturation: Stainless steel tank, aged in French oak during the fermentation phase.

Appearance: Ruby red color, bright and translucent.

Aroma: Excellent fruit intensity. Aromas of cherry and raspberry. It also has notes of spices and a fine touch of smoke, coming from the French oak.

Palate: Strong fruit intensity. Fresh and delicate. Velvety touch and moderate body, respecting the varietal character of the grape.

Pairing: Grilled meats, with mild seasonings, pizzas and pastas and risottos with light cheeses.

Dry White Wine Chardonnay Frugalle - Belmonte Winery

Grape: Chardonnay 100%

Alcohol: 11% vol.

Serving Temperature: 5ºC to 7ºC.

Production: Micro Batch of only 1000 bottles.

Appearance: Crystal clear, golden appearance with greenish tones.

Smell: High aromatic intensity, aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, melon, guava and green apple.

Palate: Balanced acidity, high aromatic intensity.

Pairing: Empanadas, white meat , risottos and pasta with mild seasonings.

Alcohol: 12.5% ​​vol.

Serving Temperature: 15ºC to 20ºC.

Appearance: Ruby with violet reflections.

Smell: Aroma of ripe red fruits, flowers and spices.

Palate: Fruity, balanced acidity and tannins improving with ageing.

Pairing: Red meat, pasta, pizzas and seasoned sauces.
